Starting May 2011 Miratech provides IT infrastructure maintenance for all regional banking network of OTP Bank.
Having successfully implemented an IT support pilot project for OTP Bank, Miratech starts rendering IT support services to all branches of the bank throughout Ukraine. The agreement covers the maintenance of server infrastructure, network infrastructure, peripherals, and telephony. Miratech also provides Client-Bank system support for the OTP Bank clientele. All services are delivered in accordance with ITIL standards. The wide network of regional engineers located all over Ukraine enables Miratech to guarantee timely resolution of incidents and fast response time with regard to requests both from bank’s IT department and clients.
